Summary
Basic rules to my naked free use universe:
Full public nudity is about a century old. It was the result of a massively popular social movement
It is common decency to bare nipples and genitals
Sex is seen as a natural daily need, one where the most common and socially accepted reasons to turn someone down are, “I’m busy” and “I already had sex today”
It is common for strangers and friends to have sex, and monogamy is very uncommon
Sex is still treated as a leisure activity, but common enough in the workplace during breaks
Public sex is allowed, but only in areas without children
Children are heavily supported by the community, to the point where young adults feel jealous. They are well cared for because of their scarcity
There is a population drop because of sudden mass infertility around the time of public nudity social movement. Semen, on average, is 500 times less fertile than in real life. As a result, creampie sex is nearly riskless, but heavily encouraged for the small chance that it might result in children

One of Toru’s favorite past times is to strip out of her clothes, sit at the far end of a bathroom, and watch her baby-faced hunk of a husband in all his glory and lose some portion of his dignity—it's her second favorite past time activity. He doesn’t usually do it often, but when he does, it’s a spectacular sight to behold—a Heaven show, in Toru’s opinion.
She put it in second place because nothing outranked when the green hunk caught her watching him and punished her as he wished, even if she had to mask it. Yeah, her entire body will be sore in the morning, along with having a hoarse voice, but to her, it was all worth it.
