Summary
Harry has just turned twenty-five, and as always on Halloween, something strange finds him. This time, it comes as a choice, though whether it is truly a choice or simply another consequence of his saving-people thing, he cannot tell. A new world waits, filled with ghosts of his past and familiar faces that are not the same.
Offered a chance to “find home” by fate itself, Harry cannot help but question why him, and why now. After everything he has endured, optimism feels distant, almost foolish. Yet how can he not agree when the offer is laid before him, and so he is sent forward regardless, into a life that is not his own and a war that refuses to wait.
As Harry navigates this world, he is forced to confront whether fate can truly be changed or whether some paths can only be bent, never broken, while also discovering what it means to find something like home.

Although Hypatia Euphemia Potter had lived to the age of 150 when she passed, surrounded by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and the smattering handful of remaining friends, there had been much she still regretted. When Death approached her as she drifted in the eternity of afterlife, offering the opportunity of another life, Hypatia agreed—and, of course, as any Gryffindor might, did not think twice to ask questions.

Therefore, Hypatia had been rather surprised to wake with a mind scrambled of two sets of memories, freshly twenty-one and having escaped the chaos and bloodshed of the first Blood War, and the identity of Charles Potters’ illegitimate daughter. Not to mention, utterly baffled at the knowledge of her once-title was now in the hands of the youngest Potter, Fleamont (the II) Sirius Potter, christened the Boy-Who-Lived . . . who remained in the warm embrace of his living parents, James and Lily Potter, while the eldest child, Harrison James Potter, had been sent to live with the Dursleys, decreed a Squib after the events of Halloween in ‘81.
