The sharp tone jolted Dazai, shifting his focus back to the glaring face in front of him. His lips parted, but no sound left them. He stood there on Chuuya’s doorstep at three in the morning, blinking dumbly.
He didn’t know how he would respond even if he could speak.
Chuuya peered at him cautiously. “Oi, what’s the matter with you? You’re being weirder than usual.”

At 2AM, pummelled by a ravenous storm and wanting nothing more than to be cozied up in his apartment with Chuuya, Dazai hears the frightened wails of a small baby late into the night.
Barely wrapped in a brown towel, sobbing for the comfort of her mother, Dazai picks up this tiny baby from the sodden cardboard box- and, well… Chuuya always loved his surprises~
After finding a baby abandoned in a storm, Dazai and Chuuya provide a temporary residence until they can figure out what the hell is going on.

Very good and even though it's A/B/O the personalities are quite accurate with the second gender dynamics adding the bit of spice to a otherwise harrowing background and story with a side of rare fluff and eternal two sided pining, usually don't read omega Dazai but this was good even with the different backstory as he didn't seem OOC.
