Summary
Daryl Dixon's life before the apocalypse was much the same, apart from the zombie killings. He'd always been constantly on the move, squatting in shithole run down abandoned buildings, stealing food from bins or shops or out hunting. He never really surrounded himself with anyone other then his brother and the deadbeats he hung out with. He kept to himself and just went about trying to survive, which seems to be a great strategy for the apocalypse too.
Meeting Dean brought more confusion to his life then he'd ever experienced, it brought hope that maybe it was his chance to finally experience some good, but like he always expected Dean was a lying asshole in the end. With a freshly crushed heart and the world devolving into pure chaos he did what he always did when the feelings hurt too much, he just shut it all down, locked it in a box and hid it all in the dark corners of his mind.
TLDR: This fic is based around Daryl and Negan being lovers prior to the apocalypse. It then jumps forward to the end of season 6. There is a plot and a lot of explicit smut

Fanfic of another fanfic, heavily inspired by "Operation: I am Human" by StandingBi.
The Justice League believes Batman is a cryptid due to his tendency to use bird calls, hisses and grunts rather than words, odd mannerisms and other pieces of evidence that don't help Bruce's case. He struggles to clear the misunderstanding and continues making poor social decisions, which only fuels the fire.
Chap 1: Hal gets the crazy idea to flash a laser pointing during a Justice League meeting. Bruce believes a sniper has somehow broken into headquarters, and chases after the laser. Everyone gravely misinterprets the situation, believing it to be some sort of instinctual urge. It spirals into something comedic, and entirely avoidable.
+ Various instances of the JL charting Bruce’s poor social skills to an animalistic instinct.
