The scenes take place both during the events in Crash Landing On You and in subsequent years. They are complementary to my novels that continued their story, The Gift and Twisted Rope, but are independent of their story lines.

Summary
When Se-ri then looks into Jeong Hyeok's eyes, the choice she has to make becomes crystal clear.
"I'm saying this because we will never meet again after tonight..." Se-ri pauses, holding his gaze and moving closer to him.
"Your looks are totally my type," she says with a bright smile, her eyes turning into those perfect crescent moons again.
Without another word, she gets into his car.
Jeong Hyeok smiles to himself before closing her door and walking around the car to the other side.
This is going to be fun, he thinks as he gets in with her.
