Shinji Ikari, the eighteen-year-old son of the commander of NERV Japan (Yui Ikari), has been selected to be the man assigned to the city of Tokyo-3.

Entonces NERV, a parte de encargarse de la construcción de las unidades EVA para hacerle frente a los Angeles, también se encargó de reunir y distribuir a los hombres supervivientes por el mundo, asignando uno por cada ciudad para follar y embarazar a las mujeres de la urbe asignada.
