Aemond was born as Aemerys Targaryen. She still loses her eye on Drift mark. In order to try and ‘make things right’ (force his family back together) Viserys betroths her and Jace that very night.
5 years later; the Dragonstone crew is called to kings landing. The wedding date is set. There is no going back. How do Jace and the blacks deal with this new and changed Aemerys? How does Aegon deal with his jealousy? What will Luke do? What’s Otto plotting through all of this? (Because of course he is.) Female!Aemond Glowup! Complicated love triangle, anyone?

A Prime Alpha is an honor to their family. A Prime Omega is a shame. A Prime Alpha could inherit everything, if family head wanted. A prime Omega could ruin the family they were born into right after presenting. Why? Because Prime Omegas were not born; They are made.
There hadn't been a Prime Omega in the Targaryen family since before the doom until Aemond Targaryen. He presents as a Prime Omega hours after the Driftmark hearing, during a dinner with his family. A presentation that throws the seven kingdoms and the faith into an uproar and challenges the entire Targaryen family like that had never been challenged before.

Summary
The three brothers Antioch, Cadmus, and Ignotus Peverell crossed a bridge at great cost to themselves and their family.
What the story didn't mention was that it wasn't a normal bridge, but a bridge from one world to another.
They traveled over the River of Space, Time, and reality itself. Now, with all three Hollows and his godson murdered, Harry's life is threatened once again. But this time Death is sick and tired of watching the last descendent of his favorite family suffer over and over again. This time Balerion and his wife Meleys will make Harry a deal.
Trade this life for another. One where he can even have Teddy back in his arms. The catch? He has to become she, Birth Teddy as her own, and stop death's OTHER favorite family from killing one another and all their dragons.
As the life of Harry Potter ends, the life of Haelemys the healer begins.
