Summary
Riko Moriyama knows loving is weakness. Once you feel that spark for someone, you will put them above yourself.
And in Evermore, that gets you killed.
But at ten years old, when he sees Nathaniel Wesninski walk onto his court like he owns the whole stadium, he knows he fucked up.
Or: the author listened to All Because I Liked A Boy they saw a not toxic Riko x Nathaniel au in their head at LITERALLY four am and bullshited instead of sleeping.

Summary
Nathaniel never asked for this. For his father to murder his mother in front of his eyes, for his father to not teach him the family trade, but to send him off to the Moriyamas as nothing more as an investment.
He did not ask to have his life decided for him, to now be forced to train to become an "idol" for EA, or Edgar Allan Entertainment in this dark facility.
And he certainly did not ask to be stuck with Kevin-Fucking-Day and Riko Moriyama in this already intolerable situation. But, with Jean Vyes Moreau arriving to Evermore, things seemed to brighten in the darkest hell.
Or: the author saw a kpop dance and thought "huh, Neil would look hot as fuck doing this." And put too much energy into dreaming up a Idol Au.
Credits to ParkeRose for inspiring this entire shitshow. Blame them, not me lol.

Summary
He just wanted a mocha with too much sugar. Instead, he found a dark bookstore run by a man who doesn't know how light switches work and a dog that looks like it eats intruders for breakfast.
Neil is a walking disaster who doesn't realize he’s being watched. Andrew is a man who watches everything and feels nothing—until now. The Foxes are still broken, the "reunions" are still a nightmare, and Andrew is pretty sure the book he just bought is poorly edited.
But he’s going back tomorrow. Not for the book. For the "bat."
-----
Or:
A universe where Neil never joined the foxes and now we follow a depressive (not new..) post graduation and pro Exy goaly Andrew as he discovers a newly oppened bookstore owned by a traumatized Neil Josten who this time very much lost his vision in Baltimore ;bBookmarked by Darling_Strawberry
