Post Civil War. Despite the events that transpire in Siberia Tony does his best to get appeals for all the Rogues Avengers. One of the conditions for their presence in the US is that they are housed at the Avengers compound with Tony. In the course of one day, Tony runs into/has a confrontation with each Rogue leaving him more stressed/harassed till he runs across newly appointed Sorcerer Surpeme/MoMA Strange. Thinking it's just another attack waiting to happen Tony lashed out first only for Strange to surprise him. Cue Fluff.

Spock logically points out that McCoy does not belong to the Captain. When they save Bones Kirk makes it a point to claim Bones via 'lick/kissing/molesting' in front of the crew. Bones is surprisingly ok with this.
