Summary
A human woman from the 21st Century finds herself on a Marine ship that is actively under attack by Covenant forces. When one young Sangheili and his officer decide to take her hostage, her physical abilities fail to protect her. She must fight for her survival using only her knowledge of the Halo universe, and humanity's greatest tool: Friendship.
This fic will be updated in Acts. Each Act consists of 5 or so chapters, so the fic will be updated every time I complete that much story.

Summary
One year after the Clean Sweepstakes culminated in the destruction of Restoration HQ, Sonic is called upon to help stop an Eggman assault on Westopolis, the city his self proclaimed arch rivals, Surge the Tenrec and Kit the Fennec, have claimed as theirs to protect. When an attack intended for Surge hits Sonic instead, he finds himself a potential danger to himself and others, and must rely on the last person he'd ever expect to be in his corner if he wants to remain free.
Sure, she says she's only helping because the Restoration agreed to pay her, but it's the thought that counts. Right?

Then his mind reels back at the memory, green unfurling from the corner of his vision.
