Summary
Izuku Midoriya didn't think he was lucky in fact he thought he was the most unlucky person on the face of the earth. After he was diagnosed quirkless at age four his life began to take a drastic turn for the worse. His father handed him to the wolves and his mother sat back and watched as they picked him apart just to put him back together again. He didn't ask for the quirks in fact he remembers clearly begging them not to give them to him. He remembers the kicking, the screaming, the crazy laughs of his father, and the red eyes of a boy with black hair and rough skin.
However it would seem Izuku's luck would begin to change the fateful night the lab was set ablaze and everyone thought him dead. At age 10 Izuku was thrusted back into the world left to fend for himself until a fateful mugging leads to more then the young boy could ever hope for. Suddenly he has a loving family, friends, a loving boyfriend, and on the path to be the best hero he can be. He's happy and free from his past.
For now...
or: Izuku escapes All for one and becomes a vigilante at the age of 11 surprising pro hero Eraserhead with his training and smart mouth. He always did have a problem with becoming attached to strays.

Green eyes looked down at pale, shaky hands, and watched the way the glow of sunlight glanced off of withered skin. The view was identical to the one he had seen thousands of times before.
It had to work this time.
The hero took his final breath, shaking as the air came in tiny bursts, never enough to satisfy the way his body craved oxygen.
Izuku Midoriya died, knowing it wouldn’t.

Izuku went to cat cafes on the regular, maybe once or twice a fortnight. It was a way for him to escape reality and spill his guts to a cat. It was nice it felt...safe. After a few times of going there he noticed someone who looked like a very sleep deprived homeless man he logically assumed he was a regular and didn't really pay him mind. But after a good few sessions at the café, he quickly realised that holy shit that’s eraserhead! of course usually people wouldn’t know who he was he is a under ground hero after all but he’d had a few run ins with the pro… well more like walking trying to calm his racing mind at night, seeing him on the top of a roof, going on an internet rabbit hole and fan-boying over who he is. I mean what pro hero fights quirkless!? But what if he wasn’t the pro and Izuku was just insane or what if he doesn’t want to be publicly recognised. So Izuku kept to himself.

Summary
When they die on the battlefield Izuku and Tenko wake up again, only things are... different. They remember their... past life? And most importantly they remember each other and that they died. Escaping their less then ideal living situations, the pair find each other and decide then and there that they are going to move heaven and earth to give the other a good life.
What ensues is a beautifully chaotic life of being runaways, making friends along the way in... less then legal ways on some instances, hacking a few databases to trash a few people's lives (but only those who DESERVE IT), a sprinkling of vigilante shenanigans, and one overly tired pro-hero intent on adopting the Problem Duo as he calls them.
But OF COURSE things don't always go as planned. Asshole heroes stick their noses where it doesn't belong. Supervillain's intent on fighting for custody of 'his' kids just HAS to make an appearance when things are finally looking the best they could ever get. Oh, and then there's a certain cryptid uncle of his is trying to force them to attend UA hero course in the nicest way possible, which brings about issues upon their already chaotic and annoying issues.
What else could possibly go wrong?
