    Clint Barton owns an apartment building he definitely legally acquired, and he has absolutely no reason to avoid any of the Avengers. Weirdly, his new next door tenant with a fake name and a bad haircut also doesn't have any reason to avoid any of the Avengers.

    The new guy is weird, but not in a bad way. He's weird in the way that makes Clint want to stick around and resist falling for him (as long as no world renowned super powerful agencies step in their way).
