I think Lorcan and Elide deserve their own version, so I wrote them one. This sets out to fill in the blanks in KoA after she saves him from the battlefield, as we were severely deprived of all those moments in between which WE KNOW they spent together. Mainly focusing on the nights spent together. Lorcan POV.

“Do you think you can sleep?” he asked her, trying to divert her thoughts. She looked so tired.
She nodded, and his heart exploded when she curled together in a tight ball next to him, scooted closer to his side and nuzzled her cheek against his shoulder. Her soft, small hand curled around his arm and she looked as if content to go to sleep right there, right that moment.Lorcan couldn’t speak, couldn’t think, could barely breathe. Could just lay there, stare down at her, and let her move into him like an iron thread wrapping around his spine. Just by existing, she had slipped behind all of his defenses and moved into his soul. She had stolen his heart for her own and he knew it was futile to ever get it back. And he knew he was completely, utterly at her mercy.

Summary
Alastor "Mad-Eye" Moody - formidable executive producer of British television's foremost motoring show, Full Throttle - has a problem. The broadcaster has his balls in a vice, and because of middling ratings for their second series, he must find a third presenter to join - and control - Potter and Black, the too-posh, too-chaotic presenters already in place. And he has to do it quick .
Remus "Moony" Lupin - shy researcher on said motoring show - has thousands of problems, including but in no way limited to: a catastrophic hangover; the dodgy leg from his failed karting career; and the extremely unwanted resurgence of his worst childhood crush.
Sirius "Padfoot" Black - charismatic presenter of said motoring show - has a motorbike, a sexy rockstar girlfriend, and absolutely no problems whatsoever. Until, one day, he does.

A Top Gear AU in which Remus is a disaster from the off, Sirius unravels at the seams, James grows a frontal lobe, and Lily has a secret. Summary
By instruction, the class all dipped forward, their right legs lifting high in the air behind them. It was all synchronised balance, all sharp and soft lines. Remus had never watched ballet, but he found it captivatingly beautiful in its easy elegance and quiet strength. He watched the graceful boy who didn’t waver when a few other students did. Who cares if boys don’t do ballet, he thought. He’s the best one there.

Or, where Remus gets into a bit too many fights, running from these fights brings him to his favourite record store and the ballet studio behind it, and a subsequent friendship that carries him through the years.

The sun was high and hot and the world had taken on that wonderful film-grain again, the yellows turning golden and the greens turning yellow and everything deep and rich and wonderful, as if they’d all climbed inside Sirius’s old camera and as if they could stay there for as long as they liked, because the world only existed as far as the rocky horizon, and that was plenty big enough for the four of them.
It's a Canadian roadtrip adventure! The perfect summer, apart from the way Remus is doing Sirius's head in, and the way Sirius can't figure out why.

“It’s my natural right,” Harry says dutifully.
“Brilliant boy,” Remus says, which makes Harry grin that crazy James grin, the one with too many teeth, the one that used to get Remus’s heart dancing in his chest and some sort of half-baked alibi stirring in his head. “Sirius is right, you know. You’re allowed to be wrong, sometimes. We’re all wrong sometimes. Except me. I’ve never been wrong in my life.”
And Remus supposes that right there is the straw on the camel et cetera et cetera, because there’s a knock on the front door, two syllables, kar-ma.
or, the gnomes have an ultimatum, remus has angina, and what the three stooges lack in finesse they make up for in rubber glove game. they also have muffins, but that’s unrelated.

Remus reckons his heart is calcified, pure jade, or else a Frankenstein’s beast of eggshells and wicker and blood-stained tissue and pink salt and graphite and tomato roots. He reckons this, and he looks once more at Sirius, once more into the fucking breach, and he thinks with equal certainty that his heart cannot be made of anything other than sodden meat, roadkill and the streak of pink guts along the pavement. ABBA has taken it upon themselves to start a third song. One chance to take that never comes back again, you and me to the end. Fuck you, ABBA. There’s more than one chance. There always is. “Fucking cliché platitudes.”
“You’re insufferable,” Sirius says. He is looking at Remus, and looking at him. Remus feels filleted, necrotic, like letting a wound fester and showing up at hospital too late and watching the doctor look at you like this is your fault. “You’re insufferable,” he hands the fag to Remus who pulls like he’s starving, “and did you know there is green in your eyes.”

Summary
Sirius swaggers to centre stage, peering out through the blinding lights to the empty seats stretching up and out towards the ceiling. He looks hungry when he’s like this, like he could eat up the show.
“It’s worked for me so far,” he replies absently. He swings the whammy bar in loops, flexing it in and out from the strings. Feedback vibrates through the air and rattles the floor, a great screeching whah-whah-whah-whah.
“Cut it out,” Remus tells him. And then he does it too, stumbling up to stand a few feet to Sirius’ left. Whah-whah-whah-whah.
Sirius laughs delightedly, turning his guitar to face him; they both lean back on their heels and mash their top strings in a resounding rasgueado until the feedback of their pickups becomes deafening and they have to click the jacks out of their inputs, snorting and ribbing each other.
James’ bass comes alive. He smacks out the first few bars of ‘Chosen One’ and then calls across to the guitarists, “Quit being fucking gay, let’s go!”
