Summary
Flame and Wemmbu were never on good terms. Maybe on Flame's perspective, they were. And the demon hybrid has been dropping hints here and there at the most inappropriate time so Wemmbu being denser than a rock, he took it as some kind of playful banter for frien-frenemies. But for Flame, dear heavens, it was more than that. That simple 'playful banter' was like a vice for him. To keep him from just grabbing Wemmbu and pouring out his love. Of course, he didn't do that. How would he. He doesn't want Wemmbu to leave him because he's scared of something real. Something that he could lose, or something that he could hurt.
In the end, Flame slipped, accidentally or purposely telling the beautiful purple Avian about how much he means to the nether born demon while they were fighting because of Jaden, Wemmbu's friend. And just right after the war against the LAW and imprisoning LettuceK, Wemmbu left without a word, without answering Flame.This story took place during the time Law was about to be taken down.
Or
Wemmbu realizes and accepts his feelings for flame that he's been pushing down but is too late.
I wonder what broke the almighty purple blob? 👀👀👀
