For many of the shades in the underworld, even those in the ostensible paradise of Elysium, the only distraction from their own eternal gloom is observing the tribulations of another. And Patroclus, son of Menoetius attracted an ample audience to his wretched suffering. Of course, he had ignored you and all the rest during that time, giving no indication he even deigned to make himself aware of your presence. In any case, you and others kept a respectful distance.

“Oh, but shouldn’t you be in Elysium, then?” he asks blithely. “Why would you be here, at the behest of my father?”

Because he deserves it more than I.
“I… I am here to be your tutor,” Achilles repeats, simply.
In lieu of eternal paradise in Elysium, stern Lord Hades tasks the Trojan war hero, Achilles—full of guilt, self-loathing, and missing his beloved terribly—to be a tutor for his frivolous yet willful son, Prince Zagreus.
Zagreus, however, has no need for a tutor… and has another use for him in mind.

Summary
He grips Zagreus at the wrist, turning him around. Zagreus allows it, muscles unwinding as Patroclus keeps the prince’s arm away from his torso so that he can see him properly. He clicks his tongue as he scans, disapproving.
“My, my… you look dreadful. It’s perhaps even worse than I thought. What happened?”
Zagreus’ demeanor grows even further bashful. He looks away again from Patroclus, his eyes downcast. Patroclus gently guides him down into the grass, having them sit while he leans in to examine him closer, lightly running his fingers over the mottled skin. Zagreus shivers, and then bites his lip, demurring to answer the question.
“Come, you can tell me,” Patroclus says kindly. “Your secrets are safe here. Who did this to you?”
Zagreus fidgets slightly, ostensibly still reluctant, yet the coquettish flutter of his eyelashes suggests he is playacting. A pretty tinge of red graces his cheeks before turning also the color of his ears.
“It was Achilles, sir,” he says at last.

Summary
"I missed you with the whole of my heart," Achilles said, taking Pat's face in his hand, tracing his cheekbone with his thumb. "I spent so long so deep in sorrow. That's why I didn't."
"That's why I did."
Achilles learns that Patroclus has a much more intimate relationship with Zagreus than he'd imagined. Patroclus learns that Achilles has spent all his time in the House of Hades not making a move. This obviously must be remedied, but not before Patroclus gives up every detail.

Summary
Zagreus never knew what he was going to get upon visiting Chaos, but that was sort of in the name, wasn't it?
Sensing Zagreus' desire for two particular men, Chaos sends him back in time. He lands in Achilles and Patroclus' bed, disguised as a mortal and dressed like a captive of war, a prize meant to honor the heroes.
He's only allowed to stay for one night, but there's a lot he can do with two men and one night.
