Ryan watches him for a few seconds. Thinking. He must find what he’s looking for in Naim’s eyes because he removes his hand. For a brief, horrible second, Naim doesn’t like the emptiness that follows.
He feels sick, suddenly. There’s a tension that wasn’t there a minute ago and it’s making him sick. He hates it.
