Summary
Time moves strangely in Storybrooke, slowly, even now, years after the merger of worlds. It's almost as if they are all being given a second chance to actually live their lives, given the gift of time delayed.
Archibald Hopper has had the life long habit of journaling his days. He does not have any living relatives, so despite the aforementioned gift, the older he gets, the more he values this habit. He believes that journaling is his best way to record his experiences and preserve his existence. The following are personal musings of his cricket conscience.

Although travel is free and easy now for people of the enchanted realms, many of Storybrooke's original inhabitants have decided to remain in the small, modern town they have come to call home. One dull morning at the Sheriff's station, Ruby asks Emma if she's ever gone to a pride parade. This seemingly benign question causes a chain of events which change Storybrooke and its citizens forever.
