Summary
After the defeat of the DNA, everything has returned to normal in Metal Bey City. The Bridge to the Future tournament is underway, and Zero and his friends are thrilled to prove themselves, especially with Gingka Hagane rescued and back to witness the event for himself.
However, plans soon fall through when Gingka falls mysteriously ill with an unknown illness - and it doesn't help that he doesn't seem to want anyone to know.
But as things get worse, it becomes clear that an illness is not all that's at play, and that a new threat is making itself known in Metal Bey City and is determined to strike them down. And its sights are set on Gingka.____

Summary
A shooting star falls to earth during a meteor shower, bringing untold power and destruction.
With the appearance of a powerful new adversary and the return of old foes, Sonic is finally defeated, and the world is plunged into chaos under Eggman's reign. The people of Mobius, demoralized by Sonic's death and the destruction of the world, are losing hope as they are forced under martial law by the remains of G.U.N. and thrown into prison camps by Eggman's forces.
Only the Resistance truly stands as a beacon of hope in the darkest of times, despite their small numbers and disadvantage against the terrifying Elite Force of the Empire.
Gadget, a young wolf residing in one of the many areas annexed by the military, seeks to escape his confines in search of his missing friends and ends up in the path of the Resistance. They eventually take him into their ranks, which sparks a series of events that could very well lead to the downfall of the Eggman Empire as they know it.

Sephiroth comes into his designation as an Omega. Due to a misunderstanding, he thinks that Angeal and Genesis are aware of his designation, and that both men can't stand his scent. Trying to be courteous to the people around him, he hides away his scent under a blocker.
Looking on in jealousy at the pack of his friends growing larger, he keeps on telling himself that it's okay, they only care for Alphas, they just don't swing his way. And then Cloud joins their pack as an Omega and he can feel his heart break.

He couldn't do this. Couldn't stand here and watch Harrington struggle to do something as basic as standing up.
Because if he stayed, if he watched him try to get up and fail, or worse—if he watched Harrington succeed but saw how much effort it took, how much pain it caused—then he'd have to acknowledge it. He'd have to name it.
He'd have to accept that he'd done something unforgivable.
He'd have to accept that he'd taken someone who'd gotten under his skin in ways Billy didn't have words for, someone he couldn't stop watching, couldn't stop thinking about—and he'd ended him. Reduced him to this broken thing on the floor.
And Billy Hargrove didn't do guilt. He didn't do regret—he didn't do apologies or amends or any of that weak pathetic bullshit.
So he left.
