Everyone thought Severus Snape had been in love with Lily Potter.
Everyone was wrong.
Lily had been his first friend, his first miracle, the first clean hand ever offered to him. But she had not been his first crush.
Unfortunately, that honor belonged to James Potter.
Years later, after war, survival, therapy, and eight peaceful years away from England, Severus returns to Hogwarts as Potions master and finds Harry Potter there as Head Auror, teaching the senior students twice a week.

Death does an accident and sends a Severus Snape obsessed Harry Potter into Hades Potter, twin of Harry Potter in a Wrong-Boy-Who-Lived universe where everyone is alive practically.
Slytherin Hades Potter finds friends in Ravenclaw Hermione Granger, the only one he told the truth of his identity, Slytherin Draco Malfoy, Slytherin Pansy Parkinson, Slytherin Blaise Zabini, Slytherin Theodore Nott, Hufflepuff Neville Longbottom, and most importantly Severus Snape. Hades will use everything in his power to keep Severus Snape safe and happy, whether that be killing Deatheaters and a dark lord, obtaining ownership of the Prophet, bring people on trial, and freeing past dark lords that didn't exact want to do dark lord things, also known as Gellert Grindelwald, and their sister, Margit Grindelwald, from confinement.

Agents J and M and K are awesome. Kingsley Shacklebolt is awesome. Albus Dumbledore wants to control the world and messes with Hades Potter. Rita Seeker gets what she deserves. Voldemort's death is strangely anticlimactic. Harry Potter stealing credit. James Potter is trying his best to change. Hazel Potter and Remus Lupin are awesome. Lily Potter is very accepting. Sirius Black is Sirius Black.

Harry Potter has never been James Potter nor a bully, and Sirius Black doesn't seem to get that. Harry Potter feels Remus Lupin blame him for Sirius's death later. He feels he can barely connect with his friends and then he's outed by Ron Weasley as gay to people in his school. Cormac and his friends start mocking and bullying Harry. Harry tries to balance his responsibilities of a Hogwarts student, the boy-who-lived, being outed in a not so tolerant school, his friends, and Voldemort, especially between being human and a weapon.
Somehow through everything Harry Potter finds solace in Severus Snape's company and brewing. Severus Snape opens up (at 120k words) slowly.
Blair (OC) is a tragedy.
