Sheng Shaoyou is the youngest sect master to ever fail ascension, and at first it did not matter to him until his sect began to decline, forcing him to bargain with the heavens again.

“Shizun!” A strangely cheerful outer disciple named Hua Yong suddenly appeared in front of him, blocking his path with a bright smile.
Shaoyou paused, then frowned. “Since when did outer disciples become so loud?” he asked scornfully, his gaze narrowing as he studied the outer disciple who did not look afraid at all.
“I do not recall assigning you to my personal hall,” Shaoyou added flatly. Hua Yong only smiled and replied, “Then I will work harder until you remember me.”
