Summary
Of course Stiles notices. He can feel Derek trying to discreetly get out of their bed in the middle of the night, can feel Derek tossing and turning in the early hours of the morning.
He sees the bruises starting to appear under Derek's eyes. Derek's skin growing paler by the day.
Stiles notices that whatever is happening with Derek's stomach, it's gotten bad enough that Derek isn't sleeping.
Or eating. (Derek would pick at his food. Stiles cannot emphasize enough how ridiculous and worrying a sight that is, a full grown werewolf picking at their food)
On the fourth day since Derek's stomach ache started, Stiles breathes a little easier and hopes that this spell is about to end when he finally wakes up to the sight of Derek sleeping beside him.
