Summary
For thousands of years, the Jedi have been the servants of the Republic. For as long as anyone can remember, the Senate has abused its power over the Jedi. And for years, the Mandalorian Empire has been the enemy of the Republic, that is until the Mand'alor, Jaster Mereel, presents a peace treaty to the Republic. The Republic decides that a peace favor is in order and what better peace favor for the Mandalorians than a child of their age-old enemies?
