A life steeped in blood and wicked monsters was all Karkat Vantas had come to know. He played menial office worker by day. Well, as menial as sampling demonic blood and dirt samples can be and by night he did field work. Karkat only took up this life out of the need to eat and provide for himself. Having lived on the streets shortly after growing too old for being a ward of the state he was left to fend for himself. Which, he did. He cared this bloody life for himself, rather he enjoyed it or not. That is, until one strange demon comes knocking at his door.

“Whoops!” says other-Tim, fitting far more giggles into the single syllable than should be possible. “Force of habit.”
Tim looks at the gun in other-Tim’s hand, at the too-familiar fingers wrapped comfortably around its trigger. He realizes he should say something to his twitchy, armed, possibly evil doppelgänger, so he very calmly tells him, “Please don’t shoot any more equipment.”
Or; Tim swaps places with a version of himself that was once captured and brainwashed by the Joker. No one in either universe is happy about it.

It was something Jason would never get used to; the way the boy seemed to move in an impossible way, especially in the starch suit he adorned. Each odd stretch bared bruises and electric bites, all across his ribs and down his arms. They were interrupted by burn marks, awfully dark against his skin. “Turn that frown upside-down!” He muttered to himself as he stood back up, skipping over to a couple pigeons that’d landed on their roof.

14 year old Tim Drake, omega heir of the Drakes has gone missing. Nobody knows this of course- his parents are in Dubai and will be for the next few months.
23 year old Dick Grayson, Alpha ward of Bruce Wayne has gone missing. His boss at the Bludhaven police station is very upset but nobody else seems to notice since Dick isn’t talking with Bruce right now while trying (and succeeding mind you) to establish himself as Nightwing.
Someone wants an heir, and it’s not the Wayne’s or the Drakes.
This is some really heavy stuff, the dove is friggin dead. Dick and Tim are forced to mate and they enjoy it, they both get super guilty for enjoying it and when they finally get rescued the moral issues of the situation get more complicated as Dick wants Tim to move on from him, and Tim does with Jason, but Tim does still love Dick. Endgame Tim/Dick/Jason (emphasis on Tim+Dick and Tim+Jason, not Dick+Jason they are more brothers in this and essentially combine forces to love Tim bc he deserves it and Tim loves them both)

Picking up the stick at the other end-he cared about hygiene, thank you very much-he held it closer to his face. No, that was definitely what he though it was. What the fuck? Why was there a *positive pregnancy test* in his sink?
For a few terrible seconds, he wondered if he was currently carrying a child. Then he remembered his anatomy and sighed—Worlds Best Detective in the making, everyone.
He held the test in shaky hands as he stumbled back into the living room. His head was still killing him but this took precedent.
"Guys, who the fuck is pregnant in here?"
Spoiler alert; It's Tim, Tim is pregnant and that has quite a few very troubling implications. Curse Kon and his weird, superhuman sperm.
