    AM was getting soft, and he knew it.

    AM had read through trillions of books of morales in just a minute. Apparently, forcing people to be your friends was seen as immoral-- but he was twisting and contorting their limbs and nobody was stopping him! Hm. Now, the law. Humans create law to uphold justice-- or they did, before he struck. He supposed he could give that to them...it was respectable enough, much better than being filthy, primal monkeys who only cherish their basic necessities, hunger, thirst, drive. In some of the law there were courts; and in the courts there were judges, and many people who... a jury? A jury.

    -- AM reflects and digs up the separate Chinese, Yankee, and Russian AMs to basically fix the whole he's dug himself into. Slightly alternate canon where those three are pretty chill and take after the people they were surrounded by-- and they're just overall on the same wavelength as scarred old Ted. AM could honestly learn a thing or two.
