Autumn was fast approaching, its cold winds had been pushing at Geralt’s back all the way to Oxenfurt from Velen, where Ciri had finally joined him to start their long journey towards Kaer Morhen.
The birds sang their farewell to summer all around them and every now and then Ciri answered to their incessant chirping by humming a familiar melody, reminding Geralt of the man who had taught her how to sing and who had tried, with little success, to teach her how to play the lute too.

Summary
Geralt never really thought much about why he did it. His hands had a life of their own sometimes, and after slaying a monster and writing as many specifics he thought could be useful in his journal, he drew it. Sometimes he drew the whole monster, other times he captured just some details, like claws, teeth, wings, a spiked tail...but he didn’t stop at drawing monsters for long.

Geralt could feel the stare fixed on him and could read on his friend’s face a hint of worry and... was that pain? He had become really good at hiding his thoughts and feelings in their time apart, Geralt remembered with fondness and a bit of melancholy the times when he could read Jaskier as easily as any book.

Hello! I wrote this fic as a challenge between me and my RL friend NakamuraNya (you can read her work here ). The terms of the challenge were the following: writing an Evil!Mobius and a non-con scene between him and Loki. Our stories differ greatly in terms of plot, here's my version!

“This is unbearable,” Jaskier says pitifully, squirming around on the cool grass next to Geralt. “Melitele’s tits, Geralt, what have we done to deserve this heat?”
Geralt squints over at him, blinking against the brightly shining sun. Jaskier’s sprawled out on his front, feet bare and the legs of his trousers pushed up as far as they’ll go, pouting face glistening with sweat. His shift is clinging to his back and shoulders, sticking to his narrow waist, and Geralt quickly averts his gaze, looking back up at the cloud-free sky.
“Geralt,” Jaskier whines, again, and pokes at Geralt’s chest. “Geralt, do something.”
From the way Jaskier flails and splutters when Geralt picks him up to drop him in the nearby stream, that isn’t what he’d had in mind.
Or; five times Jaskier manages to keep (on) his clothes, if not his dignity, plus the one time he lays himself bare.

The apartment was two bed, one bath, fully furnished. It felt like a show room. Someone had packed up his few belongings from his quarters and had attempted to decorate. The few physical books he owned only took up a shelf and a half of the bookcase. He liked that. It felt impersonal. Temporary.
