Bio
Hello. I am the Gamma Cavy.
I have a variety of health issues that leave me unsuited to writing for long periods of time.
I write for my own amusement, or out of my own spite. I do not take commissions.
Sometimes I will vanish from writing to draw or to paint.
I am an aspiring linguist.
Sometimes I write poetry.
I like horror, and some very morbid things. It takes more than bloodshed to make quality horror. My favorite book is the Jewel of the Seven Stars, by Bram Stoker. Yes, that Stoker.
I am utterly ruthless towards characters I like, and characters that I hate. I enjoy puzzles, analysis, and reading. I despise reading mysteries, because I usually solve them before the characters have assembled half the clues. I am hard to surprise. A good mystery is one I don't solve first.
I like Pandora Hearts very much.
Favorite video games: Journey. Hollow Knight. Final Fantasy Seven. The original, non-remade iteration.
I refuse to read anything set in Harry Potter that uses the linguistic abomination known as 'wix' or 'wixen'; which is german for something particularly vulgar.
People can write what they want. I am not obliged to read it.
Petrichor does not mean falling rain. Nor does it mean wet dirt. It is a kind of oil released into dirt by decomposing plant matter, also known as geosmin. The first rain after a long dry spell triggers a flux of it upwards. Following rain does no, as the supply of it takes some time ot replenish.
I do not often argue.
