The man shoves Buck into the chair. Picking a hunting knife up from the tray, he points it at Eddie. “If you fight back or try to escape, I will slit his throat before you can even blink. Understand?”
Buck’s eyes cut to Eddie, wide and fearful. Eddie shakes his head vehemently, but he already knows it’s pointless. Buck is going to endure whatever this sick fuck has planned for him because Eddie would do the exact same thing in his position if he thought there was the slightest chance it would spare Buck. Still, Eddie pleads with his eyes, trying to tap into their wordless communication that Buck should fight to get free, to not just sit there and take it. But Buck just stares back at him with grim determination, and Eddie feels his heart sink.
Looking back at their captor, Buck nods.

The shattering sound of plates erupted in the air like a crack of thunder and Eddie’s gaze shot up from his phone. Something was wrong. It was a hair thin trigger that had been switched the moment he caught sight of his boyfriend and the whole world could’ve stopped for all Eddie knew. Buck was staring down at his hands, breathing way too fast, and drowning in some kind of panic that only he could see.
“Eddie?” Carla called. “Is everything all right?”
Something must have shown on his face if she took the phone away from Christopher.
“My hands won’t work,” Buck said so quietly.

Summary
Eddie makes his way to the locker room, spotting the police in the 118’s parking lot, but his focus remains on finding what he came down here for. He pulls Buck’s locker open and gets a whiff of the man’s cologne; the smell springs tears into his eyes once again, but he digs through his bag and finds Buck’s hoodie from his apartment. It’s baggy on Eddie, but he wraps himself in it and sits on the bench, thinking about all the wrong things Buck could be going through right now.
Or...
Plans for a first date get ruined when Buck gets kidnapped right out of the station. How does everyone get through it? Where is Buck? And will he get saved in time, or will they never see him again?

Brad sees the numbers and variables shift and change around him, and it becomes abundantly clear that what Brad seeks for- what Brad wants from Bobby- he can’t have with Buck here, constantly pulling Bobby away from him.
There’s only one solution to this problem.
Brad needs to remove Buck from the equation entirely.
