Bisexual Kendra is the realest shit! The way she admired Vanessa gave baby gay vibes.
I’m personally into Vanessa being more Puerto Rican accented/repping than Italian… but Warren having “Bi Wife energy” is perfect!
I love that the characters are aged up because Brackendra is a MESS with her being a teen. And I love Aro/Ace Seth…The Dragonwatch books tried to take the queerness away from us but THIS sort of fanfiction is the palate cleanser I needed.

Friends don’t let friends talk to the air. Or let friends talk to inanimate spirit swords that could possibly contain the soul of a 400-year-old demon. It’s not exactly in the girl code, but Mira’s always run more on intuition and street-smarts than the playbook.
Zoey nods, brow knitted. “On it. That girl needs boba and to watch Boys Over Flowers.”
