Fugo kept thinking about how Giorno described his surgery. And he especially focused on how Giorno carried himself, so elegantly yet humble. His legs always crossed, pinky always extended, and yet his hair hadn’t been washed in days. There was something so human about Giorno, something so akin to Eve from the bible.Fugo especially liked Giorno’s fingers. How he would delicately pick up a pen, or hold a bottle of water to his lips. The soft pink around the rim of the glass he was sipping from, always water, and never wine. He held his eating utensils with such care, as though they were instruments, and he were playing the harp.

Fugo didn’t have a favorite season; he didn’t think he did. But after finding a fixation within Giornos' presence, he found himself enjoying things he didn’t think he would. He used to think every season was mostly fine; they all had their pros and cons. But he found himself favoring Spring more as of late. He found it easier to ignore the cons of the season, like the allergies and the pollen in the air, and focus on the things Giorno specifically liked about it.
Most people would describe Spring as the season in which pink blossoms bloom. Giorno would describe it as a haven for nature at its core, where animals like groundhogs come out, and certain amphibians, such as frogs and salamanders, return to breeding ponds. And it's the season when insects are the most active.
..He didn’t really know the specifics like that until he heard Giorno say it. And originally, if they were still in the era in which Diavolo was in charge, he probably wouldn’t care what Giorno had to say; he was only there for eight days, and he didn’t really get to know him until after all of that.
