ON TEMPORARY BREAK!!!
I'm not abandoning it in any way, I'm just knees deep in studies because I'm graduating high-school soon and need time to study and do everything that I need to do. Rest assured this will be continuing, but school comes first, so it may take a while.
Thank you for your understanding.The city of L'Manburg saw many, and I mean MANY strange things in its time.
Aside being famous for the Hero Committee, an organization to fight back against crime in the city and so many unexpected and downright supernatural things happened over the years, including, but not limited to:
-having monster attacks on a near daily basis do to a supposed "tare in dimensions"
-the so called "Night of the Dead", an event that happens every fifty years where spirits at peace get to visit earth for 12 hours
-a possible crime ring in the cityOverall, at this point the city seemed like it saw pretty much everything and nothing would ever surprise it...
...

Summary
A 10-11 year old girl gets skinned alive then has her skin replaced by something inhuman. The story follows her as she slowly discovers the other various horrors that come with said skin. She then experiences something similar to DID, but isn't actually DID.
My memory is extremely bad, so please dont mind if character development is inconsistent or plotholes occur.
My characters typically follow 2 set timelines. One, "Public", is all the books/shows/games/etc that are aired in this world. The "Behind The Scenes" timeline is self explanatory, where the actors for said characters are followed in some kind of story. The mall/whatever they're in has stands, mini stores, merchandise, and an entire MALL dedicated to these characters, so no matter what form of media they're from, they have to get up whenever the mall opens and pretend to be said character. This story follows Sapphire in Behind The Scenes.
Just a side note, no matter what the character names are or how it sounds, this is NOT in anyway related to Steven Universe or other gem-related shows. I started making the characters and plot for this before I discovered that show even existed.
