The drive had been good for me so far. 8 Hours in, I love the long rhythm of the highway. I especially love seeing families on the move, along the same journey, their kids sporting road trip hair, tired parents, and their teenagers with headphones and sunburnt shoulders. Mazie, our dog, was sniffing around under a patch of trees when a sleek SUV pulled into the lot and parked beside us. Out spilt a family, all blonde and sun-kissed as they could be, like they’d stepped out of a Swiss catalogue.
“Oh my god, he’s so cute,” the boy said, running over to our dog and crouching down a few feet away. “His name’s Mazie?” he asked, still rocking her a little.
“Yeah,” I said. “Mazie Mae, technically, but he only gets the full name when he’s been naughty.”
The boy laughed at that, and I did too. “He’s so warm,” he said, still cuddling Mazie like a plush toy he didn’t want to give back. “I wish we had a dog.”
“He’d probably go with you if you asked,” I said, only half-joking. “He’s a sucker for cute boys.”
"He's not the only one." My boyfriend chuckled.
"Shut up, man", I mouthed silently and aggressively back in his direction.

Summary
For Freminet, taking the brunt of what he thought was an acid attack aimed towards Spina di Rosula's boss was nothing more than a split second decision. He wouldn't call himself a hero by any stretch of the imagination, and he wouldn't say he led his life with noble and virtuous intentions either...
...but when the urge to help someone comes to him, he ponders little over it. That's just what a good person would do, and Freminet desperately wants to be a good.
(Still, maybe he should have paid more attention to just what was being splashed.)

Et Stephen Strange? Stephen voudrait qu'on lui foute la paix. Il n'est plus Sorcier Suprême, après tout. Il perds ses pouvoirs un peu plus de jours en jours. Il boit trop. Il n'est pas de taille à affronter Kamar Taj qui se retourne contre lui. Ou celui qui a ramené les enfants Maximoff pour servir ses plans. Et moins encore prêt à élever deux enfants qui n'ont jamais eu de professeur de magie.
