Summary
And then there is the ghost-pressure of a small hand on Taehyung’s shoulder, the faint scent of perfume and a voice whispering in his ear. “You finally came,” it says, relieved. Like a promise had been made that now has been fulfilled.
Taehyung tries not to gasp for air. He reaches up to rub at his throat, then at his chest where his heart beats quickly and painfully. The pressure of a hand on his shoulder stays though and Taehyung, just for a moment, isn’t sure it will ever truly leave.
(or: taehyung is haunted by a bride he doesn't remember taking and every time he visits the abandoned shrine he feels one step closer to death)

As if on cue, Jimin releases Taehyung, and for one heart stopping moment, Taehyung thinks he’s just going to walk away. Not that Taehyung could hold it against him, but there are only so many blows his pride can take in one night before it shatters into nonexistence. Taehyung thinks his fake-boyfriend of less than ten minutes leaving the convenience store without a word and exposing the ruse would probably be the final one.

"You've never even seen Scream," Taehyung scoffs, losing the put-on voice. The mask is on, but Jimin can imagine he balks, because Taehyung immediately puts the deeper voice back on to say, "Which I know, not because I'm your boyfriend, but because I, uh, I've—I’ve been stalking you for months to plan this, actually."
(In which Taehyung wants to put on the Ghostface mask and fuck Jimin with a knife to his throat, among other wholesome family-friendly activities, and Jimin is happy to indulge him.)
