'Okay, I think I understand what happened.' You thought as you gaped in shock at seeing Izuku Midoriya and Inko Midoriya right next you. Were... were you in My Hero Academia? The anime?
Which probably means that... goddammit, you were isekaid, weren't you?
OR you, a random girl who possibly may be slightly insane, gets yeeted into the world of My Hero Academia as the twin sister of Midoriya Izuku, and is forced to figure out what the hell is going on and how to stop everything from going wrong.

Aizawa had just finished up his patrol, and decided to stop by a nearby 24-hour cafe to get some coffee. Just as he entered the building, he threw all plans of a relaxing morning out of the window once he saw his #1 problem child at the register, dressed in a cashier attire.
"Midoriya?" Aizawa asked, tilting his head curiously. It was, what, 4:00am right now? Definitely not the time for a student to be working. Seriously, how is it possible for Midoriya to be such an excited ball of sunshine at school if he's up this early? "What are you doing here?"
Midoriya scoffed. "Doing my job, Aizawa-sensei."
OR Five times Aizawa catches Midoriya doing random jobs, and one time Midoriya uses his skills to save lives

All of his life, Izuku Midoriya was told he was useless. Worthless. Quirkless. Bakugou had even carved that word into his skin, never to be forgotten. A living reminder on his skin. Society had taught him that he couldn’t be a Hero. Now, here he sat, at the precipice of The End. The end of the world, that is. Around him, everything burned and nothing but carnage was left in his wake.
And it’s here, that he realizes this is not the path he wanted. This was All for One’s dream. But it was too late to change the fate of this world... far too late. He had already devoured this world.
If only he could go back in time.
Izuku looked to the sky, hoping to see the blue sky for one last time. He ignored the stinging tears in his eyes as he took in the black, cloudy sky. So much ash and smoke polluted it.
All of this was his fault. Izuku choked on blood.

Summary
There are certain heroes who the commission allows, and even encourages, to kill their targets. When they get their licenses, this is indicated by a seemingly innocuous arrow typed after their names, playfully known as Death Daggers by those who have them, and almost completely unknown by those who don't.
Shouta Aizawa has a death dagger on his license on account of it only being logical to have all options available to him if he needs them, so he knows what someone has to do to get that mark.
So could someone please explain to him why four of his students, who don't even have their heroes licenses yet, already have a license to kill?WARNING: This gets very dark, very fast.
