Damian Al Ghul ends up in Gotham after ‘beating’ his Mother, Talia Al Ghul, in a fight she let him win. Hurt and confused he is told to find his father, Damian runs into Red Hood and asks him to take him to Batman.
But when Damian meets his ‘father’ he’s unpleasantly surprised to find that he is very young, way too… nice? And not as, tough, as his mother described.

“Dragon,” Hiccup repeated numbly. Dragon. He knew that word. Definitely knew it. It sure sounded familiar. “Dr—Dragon! The dragon. Right, um, yes, right, uh— Yellow scales, four wings… that dragon?”
“Are there other dragons about?” It wasn’t a rhetorical or teasing question, but a man asking how many enemies were around him.
“No, uh. No. I just… I saw it crash into the ground and— wait, you crashed with it?” Hiccup suddenly realized. “What were you doing with that dragon?!”
Stoick leaned back from Hiccup just long enough to raise his axe. “What do you think I was trying to do, boy?”

“It’s pronounced neece.” Dick said, before he could stop himself. Bruce would’ve corrected it, but it was something so ingrained in him it was hard to let it slide. Jason stopped aiming and rolled his eyes.
“Of course you know that.” Jason shook his head. “I bet one of Bruce’s fancy tutors-”
“I used to live there.” Dick said, cutting him off. Jason gave Dick a lot of flack for the fact that he got the Wayne sliver spoon placed in his hands first and earlier, which was fair, but this was different. This was from before.
“What?” Jason stood up straight.
“I spent the winters there when I was in the circus.” Dick shrugged. “My parents loved the beaches so sometimes we’d stay longer too. It was some of the longest stretches of time I’d spend in one place, I think.” He cleared his throat, “well, before moving here.”

I'll be honest though, in between the very sad serious moments, when Jason was absolutely just trolling the Batfamily and pretending to be a ghost and prank calling them all I could think of was this:
Dick and Batman: - literally having a meltdown -
Jason, calling: Hey about Tim, I'm willing to make a trade!
Dick: I will do ANYTHING
Jason: Anything? :D
Dick: ANYTHING!!!
Jason: Okay, I have a ransom list! There are 10 things you must do for me, if you do not complete all 10, you are Never seeing him again. But if you do, I will return THREE Robins for the price of one!
Batman: Three robins???
Batman: State your terms first
Jason: 1. Feed his caffeine addicted ass 2. Hunt down his neglectful parents 3. Get the adoption papers, he's MY son now! 4. Stop being so mopey and sad it's really messing with my hatred of you guys, not a vibe, and it's confusing the f*ck out me??? 5. The Batmobile's tires, all of them, hand them over rn! 6. We need to go to Nanda Parbat and pick up Damian 7. A long movie all-nighter 8. Get a therapist 10. The kid beat me at monopoly so I need 5 bucks for the emotional damage, otherwise I'm suing you

In 3 minutes, the Batclan lost their brother, pseudo-father, and hero.
The hero community will never forget those 3 minutes. Partly because no one could prove what happened and what didn't. The only thing they can prove is that Deathstroke shot the one Robin he swore to never harm.5 years later:
Talon is breaking, and he knows it. Some days he wakes up as Dick, others as Richard, and some as Nightwing....or is it Robin?He can't sleep, can't eat, he doesn't know if he needs to find his Master or remember the last mission instructions from his Grand Master.
The only thing he does know is that the infamous Batclan's presence gives him a migraine, especially the RedHood.
