Summary
In the shower, Rogue’s mind drifts. She feels wet hands gliding over her skin, a firm body behind hers and tantalising whispers in her ear. It isn’t true for her, but her desperate want pulls and twists the memory until it has lodged itself firmly there. It makes her think for only a second that Remy might join her then– her gut drops as she has to shake herself out of the reverie.
“Don’t be stupid, girl.” She says to herself over the sound of the water.
It isn’t real.
It isn’t hers.
