Summary
“I’m jealous.” It escapes before she can let herself back out, “That my sister has a sex life, and I don’t.”
She doesn’t know why she’s admitting that to him. She honestly doesn’t. It’s embarrassing.
“Right there with you.” His voice is low, “How long–?”
She chews at the bottom of her lip, doing the mental math, “Three years…You?”
“Thirteen months.”
Warmth pools in between her legs, and she clutches his hand like it’s a lifeline.
It’s barely a whisper, she’s so afraid to say it,
“Close the trunk.”
---
“Wait, holy shit, King–” The wand stills inside of her as Trinity freezes the frame.
“What?” She asks, “God, it didn’t nick something, did it? I’m not about to bleed to death?”
“No, but you might pass out.” Trinity answers, “Maybe?”
“What is it?” She tries to sit up, but Trinity’s already turning the ultrasound monitor around to show her.
Her heart stills as she takes in the tiny flickering heartbeat on the screen in front of her, “Oh–”

Summary
“ if, perchance, you should grieve at all, let her not perceive it;
and laugh when, within yourself, you could have wept.
— Ovid, Remedia AmorisThe thing about the words we say, even the ones we mean to say, is that we can never really tell how completely they might unravel a life. And for Yolanda Garcia, who has built herself carefully around discipline, distance and the absolute refusal to need anybody at all, it only takes one badly timed sentence for everything to begin coming apart.
aka my take on post series 2 Garsantos and how Yolanda and trinity might come back together again.

Summary
‘Doctor Garcia,’ the shock is thick in her voice. ‘Uh, hi?’
Garcia offers a look of faux-surprise before smiling warmly.
‘Doctor Santos. Blowing off some steam?’
Her hair is down, nipples visible through the white baby-tee clinging to her chest and stomach. Her belly button is visible, along with a slither of skin. There’s a small patch of sweat under each of her arms, but all Garcia can smell is the sweetness of her scent. The bartender returns with their drinks, and Santos thanks him, still looking vaguely startled.
‘Something like that,’ she says. ‘What about you?’
Garcia shrugs, maintaining eye-contact as she takes a sip.
‘Long day. Just stopping in for a drink on my way home.’
‘Right.’ Santos watches her mouth before catching herself. ‘I should, uh, deliver these,’ she says, collecting the various drinks as best she can. ‘But…I’m pretty sure I still owe you a drink.’
Garcia’s smirk widens. That wasn’t so difficult after all.
‘Oh, you mean for impaling me?’
Santos flushes. ‘Yep. For that.’

Summary
Despite literally all of her best instincts screaming for her not to, Trinity lets out a long, drawn out sigh, and asks, “What are you doing next Friday?”
Victoria’s eyes narrow in suspicion. “Why?”
“We’re going on a field trip, Crash,” she says. “It’s time to make your debut at Dyke Night.”
Yolanda’s gonna be so pissed.
