Midoriya didn’t write a suicide note, he just stood at the edge of the roof, his shoes on the edge, staring at the stars. How ironic, he thought, the last thing I see is something so beautiful, so clear. His brain told him he didn’t deserve to see something so beautiful. It tried to tell him to just get over with it and jump, but it was interrupted.

Summary
In his defense, Izuku would mention the fact that they are fifteen and that sparring with an extremely attractive male – it‘s just the adrenaline rush, really - was bound to result in this. Social media had taught him that much, at least.
It‘s just his rotten luck that his 'handsome sparring partner' happens to be his friend Todoroki Shouto. Which is entirely unfair and really bad for Izuku‘s poor rabbit-heart.

“He's slightly unhinged,” Shouto admits, “but I like that about him.”
Midoriya flips over Bakugou, cackling evilly as he snags one of the grenades off his belt and flings it at an approaching Iida. Then Midoriya picks Bakugou up and lets out a feral scream as he throws him at Jirou. Aizawa sighs heavily but doesn’t stop the training exercise.
Shouto cups his hands over his mouth and shouts, “You’re doing amazing, Midoriya!”
(Or: Shouto tries to confess by being aggressively encouraging.)

'Midoriya: UR SO CUTE
Shouto chokes on nothing. How is he supposed to respond to that? Is he supposed to respond at all?
Midoriya: Look at your big head aaaaaaaaaaaaah
Midoriya: *Image Attached*Oh, Shouto thinks. He was talking about Shouto's Nitotan, which is now smashed to one of Izuku's cheeks in the image Izuku just sent, as Izuku squeezes it joyfully. Even if Izuku wasn't talking to him directly, the butterflies in Shouto's stomach feel a bit joyful, too.
He types out: I wish I were that Nitotan right now. Then he snorts, and erases it.'
