    Only during cases of emergency will they look for her presence. If not for a sense of duty and guilt, the village chief wouldn’t have taken measures to make sure she was still among them. Still from time to time, the elders would make sure she was thriving. Children rarely make a notice of her. When they do, they would be discouraged to come near her. For fear of her curse passing onto them.

    Still, she was the lioness’ friend.
