To many, the call to return to the ocean is instinctual, a feeling deep in their bones that goes far beyond any rational reasoning. To float amongst the waves, to kick and splash until it feels as though you were always part of the water, is to be entirely free.

Summary
On the trip to Erid, Grace decides to introduce Rocky to the concept of musicals - and decides to perform one for him.
Un(?)fortunately, what Grace wasn't aware of was that this was a very important Eridian courting custom.
Or, in short: Grace basically just asked Rocky out, and he has no idea. Rocky attempts to return the gesture, but for some reason his leaky alien friend isn't picking up on any of his efforts. Shenanigans ensue.
