Summary
An Error in AM’s code kills both him and Ted, when they wake up they find themselves on the side of a deserted country road with nothing in sight. And AM… has a human body now?
Eventually they realise that they are in an alternate universe where AM never destroyed the world and the cold-war didn’t end up turning in WWIII. Turns out in the last 60 or so years that would have elapsed the worlds changed… like a lot. Especially on the technology front, and suddenly AM doesn’t look like the complex super computer he used to.

The Narrator turned, eyebrows shooting to his hairline as he took in the scene before him. “Stanley!” He wheezed, clutching his hair. “Stanley, what have you done!?”
