Summary
In their 3rd year at UA, Izuku and Mina take Eri out for ice cream and run into trouble. Eri had thought she had a good hold on her quirk, but in her panic, she accidentally regresses Izuku and Mina into their Middle School selves. Not only that, but they are thrown through a portal that lands them in the house of a grouchy old man.
Stan Pines doesn't really know what to do about three children from another dimension. In his experience with portals to other realities, he figures it is likely that they will all be in this situation for the long haul. With that in mind, he lets them stay at the Mystery Shack, and maybe forges some adoption papers.

Adopted from A Dyslexic Writer in Fanfiction.net. Basically Rin messes up an attempt to open a window into the Kaleidoscope and drags Shirou and Sakura with her. Zelretch then sends them off to be reincarnated in the Naruto universe with memories and abilities intact. Mature warning for later in the story because Emiya Shirou is an Eroge Protagonist. Summary

There are monsters lurking in the dark below, always waiting and always watching.
They wait patiently, waiting for one to sit upon a throne of crystal madness and eternal suffering. They have waited for aeons and will wait until the end of eternity.
They wait for Izuku Midoriya.

Summary
If Aizawa-sensei is right (he is) and Izuku can be a hero without a quirk, then maybe there are a few other people who could also be heroes if given a chance. So Izuku uses his analysis skills and his intern connections (family) to develop Plan R: Reform. Aizawa helps, but is a little busy with Plan R: Revenge. Don't worry, he has his own allies (family) to make sure no one hurts his Problem Child again.
