For those with a bit more wanderlust, head out to the fields, usually the only risk being fucked so stupid that they have to be dragged home. Thanks to Pokémon, people are happy, healthy, and satisfied, oh so satisfied.
Or most are, there are some rare exceptions. Fights happen, relationships sour, and even if most would prefer not to think about it, not everyone is the picture of health. Some people have more than the occasional case of the sniffles, some people are born with conditions that rule their entire life. Some people are sick of being cooped up in the back room of a hospital.
Some person might have planned an escape.
