Summary
When a Beacon Academy student kills his father in cold blood, the jury is selected from Beacon's students...and Haven's exchange students as well. It's an open-and-shut case, where the defendant is clearly guilty. Even Ruby, Yang and Weiss think so--to say nothing of Cardin, Cinder and Mercury.
Blake Belladonna doesn't think so, however. And she's willing to stand alone.

First off, -and Honedge would have laughed if he could- was a Galarian version of the Weezing, looking exactly like a factory billowing smoke. Fitting enough he supposed for the daughter of a tycoon. Ruby was already holding back giggles, and Honedge heard the words: “Oh my Arceus it looks like a bong!”
That did nothing to improve Weiss’ mood.

Arriving in Ecruteak City for a Gym Battle and winning it was how Ruby's week was meant to go. Meeting up with an old friend, and a new rival was certainly not what she expected. Summary
Tens of Thousands of years ago, a race called the Taidai entered the Sol system to acquire slaves for a war against an unknown foe. Though said foe was defeated, the Taidai would sentence the captured Humans to an eternal war. That world was Remnant.
In the mid-2800s, the United Nations of Sol and Commonwealth of Man, two nations guarding the galaxy after 150 years of peace since the Unbidden conflict, stumble upon the world of Remnant. They begin unravelling the mystery behind the world and the process, change the fate of the world and averting a major disaster.
In 2866, Lieutantnet Sydney Ross of the United Nations Army Rangers, son of war heroes Victor Ross and Sophia Limburn, is sent to the planet of Remnant to aid in the mission to eventually free the planet of the Grimm Menace. Through events that he never predicted, he would end up in Beacon Academy, forging bonds with students and soon aiding them in the good fight. If he can survive his time there. Turns out a ranger and hormonal children don't go well.
Remnant has monsters that dwell in the dark. But for those that defend in the light, they have guardians and reinforcements from the sky to give them a hand.
