For a second the whole world went white around the edges and March thought he might pass out. He was too sober for this conversation. What exactly had Healy noticed that morning, how obvious exactly had his full-body reaction to Healy’s hand on his neck been? “I was a happily married man!” March said, and as soon as it came out of his mouth he knew it was wrong. Too fast, too high-pitched, too loud.

When Rocky and I started teaching them English, them and I started joking back and forth a bit. Their humour is dry (like a lot of Eridians, I have found) but they always know how to make me laugh. They’re caring and smart and—I’m getting off track.
To put it shortly, I am…attracted to Adrian. This realisation came shortly after I realised a looming crush on Rocky. How embarrassing. Nothing about us is compatible. Grace and Rocky are in the biodome spending a peaceful morning together. A new flora species was introduced into the biodome, but it turns out, it release a potent aphrodisiac that affects eridians. It activates Rocky's predator instincts, which leads to him hunting and raping Grace, akin to the eridian hunting ritual performed in courtship. It just so happens this exact scenario is an extreme fantasy that Grace has always wanted to experience. His initial fear morphs into arousal.
