    Summary

"Bilbo concentrated on his breathing. 'You can do this,' he encouraged himself internally. Then he looked up. He dared another attempt to meet Thorin's gaze.
The sapphire blue tone pulled Bilbo in so deeply that he struggled to break free—there was life in those eyes; Thorin was right in front of him, he... was alive."

Bilbo, along with Frodo, has traveled to Valinor where he enjoys his retirement, or at least tries to.
One day, an Elven lady appears and offers him the chance to travel back in time and change his fate. Of course, he doesn't say no.
With courage, he must ensure that everything goes its rightful way, yet he knows this is his last chance to save the lives of those who matter to him.
Especially that of one, Thorin, whose fate caused him to live his whole life in sorrow.
Will Bilbo manage to seal the fate, or will it catch up with him and plunge him into despair?
    A race against time begins.

He's returned to the tumultuous week before The Company set out to recruit their Burglar from his cosy hobbit hole. Gimli, once again a impetuous teen in the eyes of his family, must get into that Company--the lives of his loved ones, and the very fate of Middle Earth--depends on it.

    Summary

    “I just wish…”

    “What do you wish?”

“I wish I could have changed it all.”

For years Bilbo has written about his adventures and told stories about his dealings with dwarves and dragons. To most it seemed like fanciful nonsense but to Bilbo it was all very real. A weight followed him home from his travels, one called regret. Now in his final moments Bilbo has a choice to make – go quietly into death’s embrace or go back again and face all the fear and pain for the chance to make things right?

Of course, change is a fickle thing and not everything can be done again as Bilbo is about to find out. In the end, it may not only be salvation that he’s fighting for.

    Summary

"Lady Galadriel's husband?" Faramir asks in turn, and then flushes — no man would appreciate being addressed as his wife's husband. Well, he wouldn't mind, personally. But he's not like most other men. Nor, it seems, is this silver-haired elf, who is outright laughing at Faramir's flustered apology.

"Lady Galadriel's husband indeed, pleased to make the acquaintance of Lady Éowyn's betrothed," he smiles, bows low, and winks. "My name is Celeborn. And you have spent some time dead, I hear?"

"I have," Faramir nods. "Six minutes, they say."
    ________________

It is a day of statewide mourning in Gondor for the losses of the War of the Ring, a ritual involving mass funerary pyres. Celeborn and Faramir skive off and spend the day beside an oddly named river very few have heard of, and find they have more in common than a fear of fire.
