Frank isn't in the Entity's best favour currently. Sure, he may have been doing a good job in the past, but he's been slipping recently. There's only one fix:
A bit of old-fashioned humiliation.
To keep him in check - Frank won't be freed until the 48 hour mark has passed. Only problem? It's right in the middle of a map, and he's strung too high up to wiggle out comfortably.
