Summary
Chloe won. She used her powers as Miracle Queen to defeat the heroes, betray Hawkmoth, steal the Ladybug and Chat Noir Miraculouses, and rewrite reality with a Wish. All that remained was to live in the new world she created and enjoy the wonderful life she was sure she'd made for herself.
But Chloe soon realizes that her new world isn't what she'd expected. She'd Wished to have Marinette's life, but instead of being the city's beloved Ladybug, Chloe finds herself a shunned outcast whose father--now reduced to a common baker--no longer has the status to let Chloe get away with her petty cruelties. Chloe's school record is abysmal, she's on probation due to all her bullying, and she doesn't have a single friend. Worst of all, the Ladybug Miraculous has been taken up by someone else, leaving her with nothing.
Chloe resolves not to let this stand. She decides she'll fight to recover the Miraculouses and make a second, better Wish so she can build the world she feels she deserves. But this new world is far less forgiving than her old one, and as Chloe discovers, if she doesn't change for the better, her fate will be far worse than simply not getting what she wants.
In fact, she might not even survive.

She waited, and the tears ceased. Silence remained, and it was haunting her. Her wrists hurt, and hurt, and hurt, and she really wishes she could move. She hears dripping, and she wants to scream. She wants to scratch something. She wants to cover her ears. But she can’t do any of that, so she tries to ignore it and not go insane. It’s hard.
Eventually, she started thinking, looking for a motive. Why was she in this situation? Tikki was not there, so she assumed her earrings weren’t with her, either. It doesn’t take her too long to put two and two together.

Summary
What happens when someone kills one of the happy-go-lucky ladybug goddess's favorite people? She takes petty revenge because at least they didn't suffer... But what happens when you DO make them suffer? That's where THE PACT (TM) comes in. and when THE PACT (TM) is invoked, that's when you don't need to question where your goddess is. She's right there, and she's fresh out of mercy.
Note: No Marinette doesn't die, I'm not heartless. Although she is in pain, that's what the hurt tag is for...
