Summary
Aphrodite and Velvette's rivalry as fashion designers had been going on ever since Velvette first joined The Vees and became influential. They get into small (and sometimes large) cat fights at fashion shows, they throw unbelievable amounts of shade at each other, and generally have a deep hatred for one another. Although, Velvette does not spend nearly as much time and energy thinking about Aphrodite than Aphrodite does thinking about Velvette. It doesn't help that Velvette says horrible things about Aphrodite publicly every chance she gets.
That evening, it was more of the same. Another social media post by Velvette, perfectly curated to hurt Aphrodite. Most of the time, Aphrodite didn't care about the meaningless posts, but a different element was added this time, putting her into a terrible mood. Verosika returns home, ready to help her girlfriend with these feelings as best she can.
