Summary
Gaara, the Fifth Kazekage of Sunagakure, has no interest in marriage.
But when members of the village council begin questioning whether Shinki can truly be accepted as his heir, Gaara is forced to consider a temporary solution. A wife would present the image of a stable family, strengthen Shinki's position, and silence the political pressure mounting around them.
Isaku Fuyutski is one of the village's most talented medic-nin, yet she is painfully aware that professional success only gets a woman so far in Suna's conservative society. Marriage, inconvenient as it sounds, would solve more problems than she likes to admit.
So when Gaara proposes a temporary arrangement, Isaku sees it for exactly what it is: a mutually beneficial contract.
He gets a wife. She gets the professional respect that seems to come so easily to married women. Once Shinki's place as Gaara's heir is secure, they can quietly go their separate ways.
It is the perfect plan.
At least until Isaku starts living with Gaara and discovers that he is far kinder than his fearsome reputation suggests, and that Shinki is a lovely boy, and that the family they are pretending to be begins to feel painfully real.

Summary
During the final battle of the Second Wizarding War, a magical phenomenon triggers while Idalia Lovegood, a newly certified Healer and Luna's older sister, shields her younger sister from an unknown curse. She is torn from her world entirely, awakening in British Columbia, Canada, alone, with nothing but her wand and an enchanted bag.
Stranded in a place where the Wizarding World appears not to exist, Idalia is forced to navigate a purely muggle society while searching for any trace of the world she lost. Determined to survive and uncover a way back, she takes on a new identity and blends in as best she can.
Her search leads her to a job as a server at a Pub, where she meets Clark, another recent hire. Kind, earnest, and quietly captivating, Clark seems almost too perfect. It doesn’t take long for Idalia to realize that he, too, is hiding something—something that feels strikingly familiar to her own secret as a witch from another world.

“I took my dying friend’s eye,” he pointed out.
“He gave it to you,” she corrected softly.
"I killed my friend."
“No, you lost a friend.”
Silence stretched between them.
“I’m not good at this,” he muttered eventually.
“I know.”
Kakashi Hatake finds something he never learned to keep: someone who stays.
