“Bubba…!” Dogday immediately says helplessly as he dramatically slouches into himself.
Bubba takes one look at his notes before settling beside him and grabbing them, “Is this about integrals? It looks like you got it though?” The blue elephant questions as he looks over the neat notes his friend has structured on his notebook.
Dogday shakes his head, “No, Bubba. Listen, this is serious. I just-...ugh. Dude, like promise me you won’t tell anyone.”
Bubba, although confused and now slightly concerned, nodded, “I promise. What is it?”
“I like Catnap.”

-Or, Dogday realizes he's crushing on his best friend during his second year in college and then decides to woo said purple feline by using the ultimate weapon, cheesy one-liners.

Summary
Dogday and Hoppy recently got a job together at one of their favorite coffee spots in town, Lunar bucks. Through the job they've been able to re-connect with a lot of critters they haven't seen in ages! One particularly named Catnap, a lavender scented feline that likes to work in the chill atmosphere of the shop. Though, with Dogdays sleep troubles, it seems more like a nightmare job rather than a dream one! Catnap might have the solution to his sleep troubles, but who knew it would open pandoras box to a whole lot more troubles that would plague him through the night!
Coffee Shop AU with Dogday and Hoppy as baristas! they're all adults here, and the Smiling critters thing was more of a TV show they did when they were younger. There is one chapter with sleep sex in it at the end, the rest are just wet dreams.
